Hello I've got a SABA Television (T7017E) without manual and try to watch videos of s.diesem notebook. I associate myself with an S-video cable and a Scart adapter with the Television and the picture is unfortunately only black and white. At the wiring can not actually lie, because I had with the same settings on another television success. In addition, the Picture is synonymous with the video tape that is sent via SCART TV input s.den colorless. I assume therefore that I need to change any setting or in television is a bit broken. As I mentioned, as have no instructions, I can only try but since everything can be found nix. The Television has an AV and an AV-S channel but I do not know any difference. Does anyone have an idea or the Television and can give me nen Tip? I do not see any way to spend 9 euros for the instructions on the net to find out then that since you can adjust anything. Thanks in advance.
Jens

Your description indicates that you are with an S-video signal (see: S-video cables go) from your notebook to an input s.TV who does not understand S-video, but only the "normal" video signal (composite) .
What, you think that it is the "S" in with "AV-S" input of the TV?
Right! With s.Sicherheit beyond any reasonable doubt for S-video.
Try In other words, this setting and / or the scart socket you should.
But what happens synonymous always happy, is NTSC. But try once the first tip.

Hello Thank you for the quick reply. So s.Television is only one hardware - Scart - input, but I've read two channels via remote control, the same Av and AV-S and both the notebook Picture show but it is both black and white. Yes, I realize just no difference.
The signal for providing a standard VCR through the scart cable? Composite or S-Video?
Because of the NTSCs: The Notebook and the VCR PAL synonymous deliver what it's like to mention synonymous nem other Television and I can synonymous with the television cable TV (that's synonymous PAL), so I do not know where that might upset NTSC .

Strange. AV-S points now go there to S-Video.

Ist halt only an additional potential source of error, taken always happy when a computer comes into play.
The television works for other playback devices as a computer otherwise "normal", ie color, etc.? This is apparent from your first post not clear?

caution when not "fully wired scart cable. Otherwise, all use full cable with Svideo and composite (CVBS) are equipped. There are cable-ready sets, the adapter of some connectors include on Scart. This would simplify the sache. Your standard AV port is not exactly this Svideo contacts are probably available, but presumably (as Stefan) said only s.AV-S input.
To make it easy to use two on / ausgangschaltbare scart adapter where you're hanging a simple RCA cable. This works s.jedem Scart connection.

... and dear asker, do not forget to post the final solution to your problem here!
So I am assuming that the television is broken.
The cable) (including adapter, it can not be, because on the other nem Television works and because of VHS videos synonymous black are white.
The wrong format (PAL), it can not be because cable television is colorful and sends the video and Pal is the GK-Drivers s.PC to PAL and it s.nem other television works this way.
And both AV-S as synonymous AV show the same picture - that is not useful :-(
But thanks for the tips. Maybe someone else knows so with the Television. Gruß Jens

If you always use the same cable? If so, synonymous use another time ... just to make sure that not a cable fault is present (broken pin at times).
