| Sky show with a soft transition

Hi All,
I once add a question on the subsequent of a sky.
That's a little hard to explain, so I have some pictures made with this line.
I want a sky show about some houses, but this should slowly fed bottom to the top of the picture (not fade) For if the video track with the houses go for instance to 50% opacity, the stars would shine through even synonymous with the houses. Maybe you can create a mask for it, but nevertheless, the transition should be fluid behind the houses, so that a portion of the "real" sky as ground-based and takes the latter then slowly moves into the artificial night sky. (as in eg Photosop transparent course) The sky will move then as in the Time Lapse of the houses, the location of houses does not change, however, when the camera is on tripod and nem will not move for this recording.
I have available to Premier 6.0 and After Effects 5.5. However, I prefer to premiere something because I've hardly worked with AE.

I hope I could convey the somewhat understandable ...
Synonymous, it would suffice if you do not already behind the houses, but it only starts with the pop of the night sky, this one needs rumschneiden not been around the houses.

You have tried converting to AVI, merge the two parts of the film and re-encode to WMV yet?

so much more ... AN mpeg2 file I have now, but still not a program that converts sensible to me. This etching is all about the program MainActor perish not. I once got to sample only the portion rendered s.der breaks the sound always, this time it worked and he went over the job in question about it ... So it was not s.der audio track, but s.der time. After 7 min, the audio track is simply no longer with converted ... God knows why! So I can forget MainActor already ma ...
Well, and Windoze Media Encoder? I do not know really what to do yet ...

Hello Christian,
this is just with these ones and zeros. Hardly one of them has one cutable format (AVI) converted to final format (here, MPEG2), already has reached the digital terminal ( "rien ne vas plus - nothing is more"). Quite so dramatic, it is in this case, fortunately, not (yet). Then you'd have to see DivX erstmal!
Have you tried the re-encoding the MPEG2 file to AVI and subsequent conversion to WMV now?

Someone from another forum gave me nem synonymous nor divX suggested, but I think that is even less compatible, you must have also installed the synonymous richtitge or a very new version. With Dixv never got really good results achieved, except for live-capture with the TV card.
Crap, and I have the Windows Media Encoder so highly praised ...

Uh-oh, there you will mess you quite the Calculator! Do you have an image, which you replay known later?
Alternative: How about with an additional (external) hard drive?

luckily found yesterday just after two programs found one, which works to some extent. Only the quality is not quite as good as Windows Media Encoder, despite many different quality settings.
Ne external hard drive to me, I've been thinking synonymous, but that currently the money is not enough. In fact only need to upgrade my ma Calculator. 'm Currently AMD 850 Mhz, 512 MB SD-Ram (a 256er Ram bars grad only bought ...) really stupid, well and ne ne 20 GB hard drive and junk hard drive with 80 GB.
Only ma needs a new motherboard manufactures, matching DDR Ram (the SD-Ram, I can für'n few dollars on eBay hawk) and of course nen new processor. I do not have one of the last produced Athlon XP, which can reach me perfectly and are synonymous not so expensive. Then at some point certainly comes to more ne external hard drive.
If the video online, with the degree I fight, I'll give bescheid ma. Do you have reasonably fast cable or ne ne flat rate?
