Hi,
I have my HC3 in January and now this week my FX7 receive. Both devices and of course new in original packaging (of different dealers). Both devices are no guarantee of tickets or similar. There are only the manuals, an advertising sheet with accessories (org. Sony) and in the case of the HC3 still a few labels with corrections to the Manual here.
What is the warranty with Sony? Is there a warranty card or is the bill? The invoice is yes but no serial number ...

usually sufficient to account. If you have the camcorder in terms searched online, check even if you have here in Germany about guarantee it. That tells you the exact model number of your camcorder (see name plate on the bottom)

... and what does the "E"? Super, thanks. Have now synonymous with still a few dealers who admit that it is synonymous to EU imports is in the guarantee / warranty, read. The E stands for Europe as Sonyfür distribution area and that means that you are in Germany to guarantee the two camcorders have.
