| Spark gap of Samson. Does that make sense??
Question of matzebadass: Juni 2006
Hello everybody,
I thought s.folgendem product: http://www.thomann.de/de/samson_video_combination_system.htm
the part is worth? Of course not at the price. Then if needed, but then how much would you shell out for it?
anyone has experience with the device? if so which ones? or you keep it always better for a more expensive device of beyerdynamic to buy, etc.?
i know. questions are many, but there is certainly someone who knows some of that.
schonmal many thanks in advance.
Reply steveb:
The first counter-question is: What you had before that?

Moins,
I've already synonymous much sought after reviews for this radio link, but found little. The key messages in various forums were: [list] + Samson Airline quality is not bad + One of the smallest, lightest and most inexpensive solutions - Only a fixed setting of the channel - No diversity reception and rather low power (5mW) - Transmitter and receiver contribute something "plastikspielzeugmäßig" and less robust than for example the devices from the Sennheiser G2 - Series [/ list: u: 2da358941d]
The set is a compromise, but apparently no worse. If anyone actually say what sound quality and coverage, it would be even very helpful.
Instructions and specifications gibt's hier: http://www.samsontech.com/products/productpage.cfm?prodID=141&brandID=1

Thank schonmal s.flo, which brings me to something schonmal next. s.als certainly sounds better: let your fingers away.
And stefan: is meant for my boom, so that the fish not to fight with the cable has to. In addition, it is impractical if you have to be mobile with the camera and quickly, eg in the dolly or yip-poor. Therefore, I am looking for a cheap spark gap (sometime comes a of beyerdynamic or sennheiser) to erstmal "einsteigermäßig" work with it.
Thanks for the reply but schonmal already and are hopefully yet.
