| Stabilize provides black screen

Hi,
for a quick history:
I was at a friend's two pictures of his film in the Avid, stabilized with the Stabilize effect (Version 4.0). The material is present in the Avid DNxHD codec of its Ikegami Editcam. Then I have the whole thing in the animation codec (; mov container 1920x1080i) exported to the highest resolution. The finished exported movie shows no errors when I play with him such as the VLC Player. If I now import the exported movie in Premiere, exactly the stabilized passages are black, After Effects, they are transparent.
What's going wrong?

Since there is obviously no solution of your page,
I post my times, after a long search.
Adobe and my support could not explain synonymous and this case had not yet.
I converted the mov now with the help of mpeg stream clip to an mp4. Oddly Streamclip recognizes the previously missing pictures ..
Freeware Adobe suggests that I may see the day ...
