I am a complete novice in this field, so I signed up here and am looking for purchasing advice of YOU.
I want to grow myself a camcorder, which can cost up to ¬ 250.
What is the market currently recommend to de `m?
What do I get for my money?

I do not think a lot. 250 ¬ is a VERY restricted area and is NOT open to expectations. You'd have all these 15-year investment screws slightly higher (at least 450 ¬ to get good quality).
Mmmmh, 250 ¬, hard ..... I would say ,..... yes, reminds me of nothing ,........., yes, yes, JAAA, a Panasonic NV-GS27, exactly ........... this word had it on the tongue;.)
