We have a customer for a short promotional film produced on DVD.
Now is that in the DVD menu, near the right-field image the vertical lines and the logo will appear curved.
This happens only on TV (on some other little longer) and is probably s.den CRT? On the PC it is not so. Especially in the bright areas, s.rechten this screen before. Can I prevent this somehow, or is the s.den TVs?
Regards Andre

It was already tried on different TVs? if so, is the symptom at all available? Actually it should s.fernseher subject.
Antwort von Andre111:
Thus, the curvatures are tested on multiple TVs with tubes to see. However, to varying degrees. Synonymous, but I noticed that on these TVs in many television programs have the same appearance often synonymous. And whenever vertical lines on the right edge of the picture can be seen. However, not all broadcasts. So there should be a way which is to be avoided.

No, no, no - many CRT reported to the edges. If only more expensive models by minimizing costly correction electronics / magnets directly to the device. If you tried to create the DVD the distortion of tube TVs to komopensieren, are your lines at all flat TVs crooked.
In other words: Forget it!

You can only in the design of the menus to take, therefore: No noticeable pattern / lines in the screen basket and / or subtle colors, etc.
Antwort von Andre111:
jo, I've adapted the design slightly. Some TV programs I have seen the problem synonymous. Some seem not so wild to be found. I did the design but something changed (ie, lines away from the screen).
