| Vs. memory. Calculator

In recent times appear to me more and more problems with the memory card (CF, Micro Drive), which previously have operated flawlessly. Either the calculator recognizes the memory card is not, or is totally overloaded: nothing works anymore.
What could be the reason? I would be you very grateful if you could help me, this problem manageable.

Oxidized contacts?
Also memory cards every time, suffering with redescribed and over time lose their memory capabilities.
How old are the maps?

Even if the cards in between and only deleted only extremely rarely can it be formatted problems, test this weakness should age be excluded as a cause.
CF cards are available for me after about 15,000 shots ever gone into the knee (Noname)
Microdrive, I have not yet "old" will, however, these other wear, since they do not Nand types (fixed memory such as CF or SDHC zb) but rather resemble hard.
