| Warranty - unit from Switzerland

Hello.
Recently an acquaintance told me of a friend's Canon XH-A1 is offered. I am currently looking after us so that Cam said this to me. The colleague from Basle, the Canon synonymous then purchased (invoice would of March 2007), allegedly in Switzerland is only one year warranty valid?
How it behaves with the manufacturer - in this DE is yes I know 2 years. Does this mean that if I get a cam from Switzerland to buy, I can no longer warranty claim in DE? And if there still a warranty, can I use the device only with the dealer to submit, which was purchased? What happens for example when I cam in Munich and then to buy HH prefer. Will I be guaranteed in case back to the dealer in M fall back?
Sorry, I'm with the warranty conditions are not so familiar and I would be over a few details and tips are delighted.

The guarantee is for as long as they are precisely the Manufacturer (not regulated by law or prescribed). The 2 years are the warranty (and synonymous only limited), with the warranty has nothing to do and refers to the dealer, not the Manufacturer.

How would the impact now in my case that I use the camcorder purchases of this fellow? So as I rauslese, the warranty is done. What happens with the warranty?
