| fisheye settings
Question of thesi:
I would like to know what one of the Fisheye Lens Canon (EF15mm f/2.8 Fisheye) for settings can do. For example, if you can set whether it is a black round the edge or not.

That you can not adjust with security. The image circle is so large that the screen size with 180 degree real sometimes it still has space. Real fish-eye circles are actually from, but only in the Metereology really interesting.
Reply B.DeKid:
The 15mm is "only" an extremely wide Angleda nix is depicted with a rounded edge .... I know a 8mm round the edges makes this is not a Canon.

Perhaps Bernd. Canon recommend you a round shadow is what.

No mentioned the Canon lens is not a normal wide-angle lens, it shows the extremely intentionally barrel distortion. I have eg two Nikon Lenses, both with 15 mm focal. One shows straight lines s.Rand, the other is bent. So two completely different concepts, but can not report the Wide Anglewesentlich expensive optical expenses synonymous and therefore much more expensive. The same applies, incidentally synonymous for general wide-angle converter.

... Perhaps Bernd. Canon recommend you a round shadow is what ... Sure, I am there as an old Nikon fan synonymous to the expert ;-) Coincidentally, I can but with an information serve, because I question the Lens time immemorial times shortly before the test was: There was once a Canon fish-eye with 7, Focal 5mm, which has a 23mm circle within the 24x36mm film format excelled and so images with dark corners delivers. In the current Canon range is to my knowledge only one Full-fish eye, but none with circular figure. This gap is finalizing a foreign company: http://www.zenit-camera.com/peleng_fisheye_lens_for_canon_eos.htm
