Hello, I have now on my homepage to the "flow player installed and would like the videos as flv save himself. They are thus in a small window to play. How big or how small you get the films in an acceptable quality? I somehow do not get it under 8-9 MB per min, without that I would now say that it is an incredibly good quality. Is it normal size?
Antwort von beiti:
DV - video requires over 200 MB / minute, and even the DVDs are even better at about 50 MB / minute. Since you can at 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. MB / minute suddenly not expect top quality.

Well, if the video as h.264 with only 500kbit / s encode, then are only about 3.5 Mbytes per minute. After working in the Vimeo synonymous very good. Ich hab mal somewhere here in the forum is a script for ffmpeg posted something with which one can efficiently encode.

Hi, my question is really aimed at how movies are usually large, one in a flash player will play. The idea is simple, as it is in a very small window to be played, whether its professionals to shoot your files with maybe 2 or 3 MB per Min hinkriegt, or whether it is normal that my files are so big?

Deti sorry, but I have your answer yet read, so the first answer. You write, "then it is only 3.5 MB / s", but they are synonymous but then 210MB per minute?

Ok, I think you have the dimensions are not completely understood. The fellow wants 2-3Mbyte / minute. Here come my seemingly 3.5 Mbyte / minute synonymous not good at all, although he with his funds only to 8-9 Mbytes / s comes.

My data with the 500kbit / s relate to 1280x720, so there really should be what to do if only to be 352x288. In principle, however, is against 480kbit / s nothing wrong.

as I said, it is actually when the films in the small windows look good, which are synonymous scaled to 352x288. If this is 4, 5 or 6MB per minute are required this is not bad, I just wanted to know whether the level is "normal". Thanks for the info!
