the H.264 codec? After sufficient testing, this my opinion so far the best quality at an acceptable file size. However synonymous videos only work s.Quicktime 7 with this codec or? Kommt halt to your target group. If you have instructional videos for software developers turn, you can always use the latest codec, my still in beta stage.
