| problem with disk-please help!

hello everyone.
just had a big problem with my new 1TB external hard disk:
I have a backup on this disk, since I set up my new pc had. Now I was just back all the programs like Avid, office, etc. of my plate and to pull back on the newly aufgesetzen computer to install. synonymous throughout the super fine until I tried daemon tools of my hard drive to install.
it was followed by the message, the pc must be restarted to daemon tools to install. So I started the computer again. Since then, however, my external hard drive no longer recognized. it is still displayed in the workplace, but when I click on it, always comes the message that the disk is formatted or not and whether I would like to format now. I can no longer access to my data. synonymous if I have them on my notebook?, comes the same message.
can someone please me more help?

problem is unnecessary. hab after a few reboots the pc shuts down completely. then with the disk-off reboot. since am back. but still funny ...

but you should not weigh in safety. There seems to be the controller of the external disk, the disk controller ansich, or the controller of your Mobo's. Like I had with the controller of an exchange plates slot. Disk in removable disk insertion, formatting broke even from large copy operations from broke.
Plate SATA cable directly s.das hanged, no problem.
If possible stress test with an empty plate in the external enclosure.
Formatting, not quick format and then times with vollschreiben data.
Diagnostic tools reported no errors are synonymous to me, is not synonymous with sophisticated writing and reading tests, but broke the formatting.
