Hi, Perhaps I find help here would be great. I have me a Cinergy HTC USB XS HD increased. Unfortunately, I can not activate tvtv. Although I have a valid user, I get the settings in the message "Invalid credentials for tvtv database.
Even with the attached tool I do not get out. Unfortunately, there are no synonymous meaningful error message.
I already have Kaspersky off because I thought the block - did not synonymous success.
Someone an idea?

the login name for tvtv must be at least 5-digits ....
