Is it really sensible to unscrew the lens directly to the mat for?

I liebäugle with the Captain-Stubling of Redrock rig ... the best Mattebox but then it breaks my frame ...
Do you know a (cheap) Manufacturer mat with boxing, s.Gestänge which one tie (of Redrock) can?
Perhaps a few tips on what you need in Mattebox for the DSLR-eighth needs?

Not really, but damn horny for the ego ...
er, reducing stray light and filter holder are the primary tasks of the MB. (Sometimes synonymous lens cough, cough ...)
