Smart Sound:
Attached is a file with the discs to date and their status as free license
vs. possibly not free license. Although note that items are not listed as
license free if only we can guarantee that no one should try to bill for you
those songs. NONE of our songs should be billed for, though, for usage.
You do not need to pay for GEMA using any of our songs, regardless of which they are on list. However, they already know not to bill you for the songs that are listed as "license free". It's the other ones they may hassle you about.
I have worked with several clients in Germany & Austria and have
successfully fought the bill each customer has received from GEMA. But of course we ne garantit qu'ils ne demand payment in the future, even if they know they ne devrait pas.
We will help you in any way we should you can receive a bill from GEMA
regarding our music usage.

J'ai il ya quelques mois, le logiciel Sonic Fire et de CD (selon Smart Sound "lizensfrei dans le monde") acheté.
Il ya ici les messages de la liste des Smart Sound distinction entre "LICENSE FREE" et "NOT FREE LICENSE-MAY incur BILLING", mais également sur leur site Internet à chaque CD une étiquette.
Et ce, je me suis orienté également, lors de l'achat des CD.
Maintenant, j'ai constaté à ma peur, que cette liste n'est pas avec les infos sur le site internet correspond!

Actuellement Je suis juste avec Smart Sound pluie dans un mail de contact.
De base:
Un morceau de musique, selon Smart Sound lizensfrei dans le monde entier, a été de ma demande de GEMA lizenspflichtig classé!
Je suis frustré parce que j'ai vraiment eu beaucoup de mal, juste pour éviter ceci.
Smart Sound Lizensfreiheit m'a confirmé, mais il serait la GEMA très difficile "d'affaires" et que, finalement, je reste le minimum de risque.
La GEMA serait selon Smart Sound ne exigences, il serait encore jamais Lizensgebühren de paiements à la GEMA en Allemagne, venu!
Sur ma demande a Smart Sound avec la GEMA en relation - la réponse est en cours.
