Pinnacle buys Dazzle

Pinnacle today announced the acquisition of the Dazzle home video editing business from SCM Microsystems (purchase price approximately .5 million of Pinnacle Systems common stock). Pinnacle will acquire selected assets and liabilities, including all product rights, inventory, intellectual property, trade names and other rights related to the business.
Dazzle is the 19th company Pinnacle has bought over the last few years -- who will be No. 20?
