Ulead Licenses DivX Video Compression Technology

Ulead has licensed DivX video compression technology to distribute to its OEM partners along with VideoStudio and MediaStudio Pro video editing software. The first deal to distribute DivX as MPEG-4 codec in Ulead products is with NEC Computers of Japan.
