the files of the ZDF media library can only be in the above format (eg 090601heute.asx.mp4) may be downloaded and saved on your PC. The remaining Suspects (Orbit etc) do not work anymore. If they are viewed with VLC, then they can be synonymous with VLC transform into MPEG2.

No.. With the right options saves VLC course the synonymous Video stream.
It is, as we have said, basically: What can VLC show, it can Save synonymous. One must, however, he may in his own Language explain in detail how it is from the source format to target format is.
In order to do so, offers a comprehensive VLC Command line interface.
