Hello,

I want to. mov video files of my Still Image Camera (Panasonic FX8) in the mpeg2 format.
Therefore, I am using the program SUPER ©. Synonymous everything works wonderfully.
Only with the Bitrate - setting I am not quite clear:
My source file (. Mov) is 15 seconds long and has:

. mov file = 5920 kB
. mpeg file with bitrate 96 = 1394 kb
. mpeg file with bitrate 1008 = 1662 kb
. mpeg file with bitrate 2496 = 2958 kb standard-setting SUPER ©
. mpeg file with bitrate 7008 = 2190 kb
. mpeg file with bitrate 1008 = 1662 kb

Let the films at 30 frames per second, because my camera in it. Mov format so synonymous absorbs.
Is it not that the higher the bitrate, the bigger the file size? Honestly, on my screen I see no difference between these files ....

But why is because the file size not logical with the rate rising?

If I use the. mov files in Mpeg2 convert is a loss of Detailgeanuigkeit? As already written, I can not synonymous with the increasing difference ..
