So
I have two months making a documentary about art theft for ZDF almost completely with my canon 7d gedeht ...
here are some infos:

Although I myself have not seen the final cut, but today at 00:35 in running conditions zdf ...
and is super interesting ...
You might want to watch it even once and see what the 7d else can so ...

hi not much ...
actually I have almost always been my sigma 30mm optics and my beloved redrock shoulder support it had ... rarely even used the 85mm canon optics ... else a tripod and a 800 light suitcase ...
no focus device and not a compendium and no control monitor ...

sometimes we had a tonmenschen here, which is very important ...
sometimes we had not, we still have the sound recorded on the HVX ... So talk radio directional microphone and ... for the interviews ...

It really gave a great joy to see the show, synonymous when I found it very hard on one side of the "story" to follow and enjoy, is really exciting, and on the other side of the picture, cut, etc analyze (I'm not a professional). ;)
what I would be interested ...
how do you manage the people, the act usually so unbeeindrukt front of the camera? which says something like, they doing as if I were (the camera) or not stop there, most of the so callous / professionally?
had interviews or conversations with people who were "spontaneous" rotated several times to be rotated or do you simply get lucky because it hinhaut the first time?
were all shooting on the year planned or were there times where you were just on standby when a trip or an interview is? when planned, what can / you can make in the time, what has not with the project to tuen?
you had to live some time for your fear?
sry for the stupid question perhaps, but I got so in my mind.
oh yeah I do not know is whether it is just me, but somehow I find it strange to see a program that reminds of derbild aesthetics s.film, but a reportage.
