would be nice if I could help jmd:
I would like using Premiere Pro or After Effect (possibly synonymous PlugIN any) to edit a video file so that a kind of 'comic look'
(extreme color, colorful, high contrast, hard edges, uniform areas of color -> Comic flat; result)).
What effects are helpful? In what combination? Gibts a plugin? I have sore fingers, the machine-but try and come to no satisfactory result.
So I'm all for suggestions / tips open ....

I have my views a film-look plugin for Final Cut Pro angeschaft. Synonymous in this package was a "cartoon" filter.

Sorry! I've just seen that these plugins are only for FinalCut.
