GUI = Graphical User Interface (Graphical User Interface)
DLL = Dynamic Link Library (Dynamic hinzuladbare to a main program statements)
HFX_GUI.DLL is thus a part of the Hollywood FX transition effects. And the installation is apparently broken or bent.

Technically, you can find the file already on the net and download and install.
I would not do that, however. You are not sure that you get any vermin. And this has botch IMHO little chance of success. Apparently there's then the next, perhaps more serious errors.
I would uninstall the package Hollywood FX and - in case I needed it - again of the original CDs (probably somewhere in the editing program to install as an encore).
