I came across this video of Ken Block:
And soon I fell into the Music & the red "light shows" s.Anfang & end.
My question is: How do you call this Effect? (Or there is any one specific "technical term" for this?)
& Is there a way s.solches material to come, so I may need a similar effect in my video? (Or you can easily create this myself?)
I'm still a novice in this field.

How to create your own:
I created these film burns with a 35mm adapter, no lens attached, fixed to s.HVX200. (You may try this with a 5D Mark II or 7D with a lens extremely out of focus). I then used two lights with different color temperatures, 3200K 5600K one the other. I then moved the camera around. The resultant colors I got were yellow and blue. I then took them into Apple Color and changed the hues, to red and yellow and bumped up the saturation. Then finally I used Magic Bullet Looks to add the grain and dust because I prefer these particular effects over the one's found in Apple Color.

Man, I was close. : D One expects such an effect is not every time when it is needed, but it uses a template, as above.

Yes but which you can create your own, that is what I do. I stand not just on the modular effects synonymous if the documents you have linked class, are now synonymous and I would take that long I would have to apply it now. But it would be better, people would have to craft something yourself to learn from it and in order to be creative. In the modular effects just missing a learning curve.

Sure, but then you should be synonymous to the future without Magic Bullet Looks and Effects with the means to make the Board of Vegas itself. In principle, would the synonymous, but it does hold a lot more time.
