Frage von Ralf:Hi All,
I work with After Effects 6.0 pro.
Does anybody know how to make a flicker as he was aware of her old silent films produced. It must not be equal to the "old movie" look with scratches, dust and S / W. I need only the flicker.
Thanks for a hint.
Greeting
Ralf
Antwort von Axel:
Hello Ralf, synonymous with no plug-in can be expensive to imitate the flicker. I have not tried this specifically, but know that the following frequency has to be right about included: Since the silent era with about 16 fps (hand crank) and was projected, I would be simplicity in the
editing program on the track than the actual Film to create a track in which every fourth or fifth picture is black with 50% opacity. The intermediate course, fully transparent. Would have to go rapp zapp with copy & paste. Because of the non-uniform film transport and because of the usual frequency of 18 fps in the meantime we are accustomed to seeing in silent films a slight lapse of time. In addition, a higher motion blur. How far will you go here, you need to know yourself. Teste easy times.
Addendum: Somewhere there's a filter but synonymous "flicker" or "strobe" you, you can apply again, but like most of the Maggi-Fix provides the likely effects of artificially made. The flicker should not be too regular.
