I have my DVB-T Receiver Skymaster DTL 1000 connected with Scart connection with a "monitor cable" s.den (PC) Monitor Iiyama Vision Master Pro 510th Unfortunately, most of the Receiver does not recognize my monitor, or no picture appears, except to specify the monitor frequency 74 / 5 Hz
What am I doing wrong?
The Receiver works when I connect it s.einen normal television monitor.

Hello,
the Scart connector of your receiver has video signals (from) 50 Hz, but your PC monitor very likely to take only computer signals (VGA, DVI).
What's that for a "monitor cable?

There are electronic adapter to convert video signals into a format that can show the computer monitor.

Oh ... odd, the cable is of the firm vivanco: "CK 344 / 2, 17561, MONITOR, video cable, scart plug -> VGA Male". One end is SCART, which matches the other monitor port.

In the meantime I found out that you read up s.welcher place a Scart-VGA cable makes sense: s.einen When connecting a DVD player or VCR with RGB SCART connection
