did it again from the description of the PMW-EX3:
CineAlta cameras are optimized for feature film productions and always have the capacity-23.98p - the standard frame rate for feature film productions ..... Where do you please the "23.98p" option set in this format, I can not choose for me, or I'm blind ...

I think they've got to 0.02 frames per second is s *** and call it in the camera menu 24p - synonymous as it is always called. Similar times for NTSC or 30 frames rightly be called 29.97.
The CineAlta logo refers to the EX models, but besides the framerate synonymous to the presets for gamma curves, as they are in the HD CAM models found.

You need the Camera course previously in the NTSC mode, where you'll find the options for 24p or 30p (60i ,..).
At my previous speakers, I think you mean the right place. I will still warn 23,976 to be confused with 24p, which are completely different format. Who is interested, you can look at 3:2 Pulldown search.
Here gings only to change the display menu, and there seems to be NTSC culminates with 23,976 ..
