When SD goes, I would have a DV-camera a.einen PC with large hard drive and connect the 10 hour record with Scenlyzer. If you set the software so that not everything ends up in a file, but is distributed in several files, even after a Ansturz not everything is gone.

Space 14 GB per hour. A simple hard drive that is sufficient for the space requirements completely.

Whether that is synonymous with high-definition video - noah planning.

Yes, it is synonymous in HDV, same principle as in DV.
2 HDV Henkelmaenner with Firewire out with two laptops with firewire and in each 10x14gb / 140GB free space. Hard drives should be able files bigger then 4GB not use a FAT32 USB stick ;-). With each program halfway the current editing of HDV capture is possible. One who will still have guenstiger VLC or Virtual Dub, but I would try just before. Should be no problem but synonymous. Gruss Toxitobi

What should be added to, or what is the quality claim?

FireWire capture, although admittedly the first seemingly easiest way to be able to use cheap large drives, but the codec is by today's standards for such long shots really not very efficient, and whether using a PC then REALLY works as reliable as I would have synonymous my doubts. Would have to try it once. In addition, it reduces much of a choice at the the cameras. If, however, other factors synonymous to - buy / borrow, it must two identical cameras / format to be, etc., etc..

- Carsten
