does anybody know of you, whether it is possible a 100m head mounted on 75mm legs? Is there any adapter?

does not go as I know, conversely, yes, gibts inserts into a 100mm shell.
On the other hand the possibility to convert some (ZB.Sachtler) tripod heads on flat bottom, and then go with adapters (eg Manfrotto) on Kallote to 75mm.

I like to have the 100mm head to lighter legs mounted to have a somewhat more flexible setup.

I do not know exactly, but clunky in my opinion it will not be, provided you have one of the above Sachtler heads,
