I'd proceed with CS5 follows.
Formally, 1080p24
Image and sound separated
Import video in Premiere
Interpreieren footage to 23.976
Pure tone
Film speed / length a.Tone adapt
Film Halbbildopionen reduce flicker
and Rendering

Still more difficult is because it is actually quite simple
With tsMuxer (google) 1.1.0.6 Image and Disconnect Tone
then in CS5 a Project: 1080p AVCHD
and next, as described

http://www.chip.de/downloads/tsMuxeR-GUI_42591287.html

The Augangsformat is not 24p but 29.9 ...
One can not simply reinterpreted, but that is nonsense.

Edit: maybe you have After Effects synonymous for disposal?
Antwort von Alf_300:
@ Tuesday
I'll do so and if you are better then assigns Forward
Jott has written in another thead that it synonymous with no hardware is nothing special, but what does it matter? If 29 xx exists and is 1080p (probably 1080p24 (23.976 used).
Perhaps you remember the thread where I still a.Fully engage ect then my video to 120%. there has not changed. ;-)
Antwort von dienstag_01:
Used not 24, but 25p (actually 50i) is.
Reinterpreted is between 24 and 25 frames, not on the falls. This is not at all.

Edit: 20% difference in time to not fall for you? What's that for a film? A kind of landscape impressions? Ok, since it can be. But I think as you get no tone synonymous adjusted properly.

Edit 2: One can generally say that the conversion of 30 to 24 are a bit easier (with fields) and after 25, there is the pull synonymous.
Antwort von Alf_300:
25p is not with me - then the waer 50i

I will not Rumstreiten me
've Made my suggestion if you want to be fairly fit wenns if not synonymous because other suggestions do not get updated very often.

If there is anyway only SD (PAL) is to be, why not play out similarly and directly to PAL 50i for example? Had the problem but never (or have not even thought 30fps), but an attempt will cost nothing. The TO would have to stop once behold what he has lying around a.Hardware so AV converter, DVD recorders, etc.

So, let's start at the front of.
Alf's suggestion, well, I think the gasagt as for non-useful (but you can try).
In general, to say the conversion is very problematic. Depends very much on the present material from but. That is, if the video contains very little movement, the conversion is less noticeable than if it contains a lot (and it still horizontal) movement.
Tools that are suitable for the conversion: Adobe After Effects, and (I've only heard) TMPEG. Premiere (and certainly synonymous Magix) do not really get what. With whom (or TMPEG AE) as a first step I would try it to make the conversion in one step and look at that result. There may be synonymous, other programs, but something that should in-the-art high-quality image interpolation
