Not of the same name can be deceiving: The linked unit loads - as indicated - the battery of the Samsung EX1. With the all the other Batteries SonyEX1 it can not handle.

You're right, Bernd. The EX1 / 3 has an unusual battery voltage of 14.4 V. Since I've carved out for half-baked again nice addition.
This is unlikely to be an inexpensive or even a battery charger is based on a 12V car battery.
