I was on my videos that I edit with final cut like they have black beams. even though I own a 16:9 TV set.
I know there are the "effects - mask - breitbild" this effect.
The problem is, in my canvas window, I do not see the beam so it will not change.
Why? I have to set something else?

I s.das you take the wide filter in the default mode in use have. Since your images in the timeline is already 16:9 (I mean this is 1:1,78 or 1.85) you are not synonymous beams.
That you like to achieve, I think rauszulesen there is a CinemaScope format that is even narrower than 16:9.
Look at us all your wide-screen filter in the Viewer tab at IN FILTER you will find the selection box, where you can adjust synonymous to 2.35, mach das mal.
