I have my project with the 16:9. Now I want this in the PAL Resolutionexportieren. So 768 x 576 But if I want to export the video as avi, and I select DV-Pal, I can choose between 16:9 and 4:3. I take here are 4:3, then he distorts my video.
Do I add the black bars in AE itself, or is there a simple solution for this?

I understand your suggestion not entirely.
PAL is available in 4:3 and 16:9. In both cases it is the same number of pixels, which in the case 16:9 simply appears wider. This is purely a matter of adjustment of interpretation.
So if you have your output as PAL 16:9 16:9 Project, is all right and on televisions that dominate the 16:9 switching, everything appears correctly.
When you start 4-3, then the same material is only presented differently, compressed.
Will you use the 16:9 material in a 4:3 project, you have it like it is on the timeline and create a 4:3 project with the onboard tools of the editing program (here I can not go into details because I use Avid Liquid in which all slightly different) means either cut off the sides or shrink the picture, with the top and bottom edges emerge to get the correct aspect ratio. If necessary. (Which depends on the editing program s.and how well it can distinguish between 16:9 and 4:3) You must bring the inserted video with a 2D-editor in the right proportion.
As I said, how you must handle it in detail, depends of your editing from the program.
