Hello,
Your description you have 16:9 letterbox material in a 4:3-edited Project (16:9 letterbox is 4:3 with black bars above and below). In Premiere Pro you have started now a 16:9 Project and the pictures look the same as described (black bars top, bottom, left and right)?
See synonymous:
"
Converting 4:3 to 16:9 "
Antwort von zlu:
I just do not understand is why in 6.0er gone and no longer works in the pro ...
the original material is 4:3.
what do I need to do to synonymous premiere pro beams in the "normal" representation (top & herzubekommen below)?
Antwort von Markus:
4:3-start a project and import your scenes. The result will look like this:

Antwort von zlu:
if I put my 4:3 material into a project-import, then the synonymous in the finished film looks like 4:3, because the original material was recorded in 4:3 synonymous.
or do you think, I first want to export to 16:9 and then back to 4:3?
Thanks for the tips!
Antwort von jens:
Well, either you cut it in your Project 4:3-up and down - or you import it into a 16:9 project and magnify it. But that is actually in the above (1.) link from Mark.
So - only courage - quiet times ;-) click
