Hello together

I have the following problem:
I should make a video in 4:3 because dre majority of the recordings are in 4:3, a small but important part has been rotated in 16:9. How can I convert the 16:9 images in 4:3? goes with the premiere?

Hello!
Images with different aspect ratios in the same project combining PPro without distortion: interpret File / footage. Then re-adjust pixel aspect ratio. Refers to the selected clip in the Project window.
