I work just a school event, the SD format was 4:3 filmed. But now have 4 posts in, present in the 16:9 format.
How do I have to convert them?

If you want to have eggs heads, then there is the possibility aufzuzoomen instead (which the image quality deteriorates, however, very much) that you just stretch the picture above and below to get rid of the black bar.
Probably the cleanest solution would be to simply leave the material as it is. Then you just stop above and below a black bar, never mind! Everyone is accustomed to, there are enough programs on TV, the letterbox (top and bottom bars) have ...

So the only way to dispense with one of the two parts of the image format to.
If you fear a loss of quality by zooming you can of course go the complicated way synonymous and extrapolate it with (expensive) tools such as InstantHD.
But all nonsense - do it as proposed.
