Moin,
have a problem with Premiere. I have worked so long and had up to now, only files up to about 8GB to edit. Now I have my MiroVideo DC30 + ausgebuddelt, XP drivers on it and by AMCAP (software was in the drivers) 45min of my VCR recorded.
The file is 17GB in size.
I got it in Premiere 1.5 and imported it to me in the little preview above left synonymous view. Only when I set them in the timeline and still prefer something that will depend on Premiere. I see the waves of the audio track and then when I was doing, clack. No more HDD rödelt, nix. Premiere then I can only exit via Taskmanager.
On my system:
30GB free on the HDD
1024MB DDR 333MHz RAM
AMD 2133 (real) MHz
Weis someone advice?

As I unpacked my DC30 ... could be the first mistake, because PP may Miro with the format has not come clear.
Memory could be synonymous, because something just is.
Maybe you try it once with a slightly smaller file, which clarifies dier Spericher Frasgem and if necessary, can the same codec Frasge synonymous clarified.

You have a codec problem, I am one with the keyboard, then yes fits.
Miro makes my knowledge JMpeg files, 768x576, perhaps it is possible in DV-AVI, or in another usable Formast to convert.

I have Sony Vegas on the plate rumfliegen so it seems (until now) to do the job. I can capture and edit the data synonymous. Otherwise, do you mean with Virtual DUB can I convert? Because 'ne other software I have not.

There are masses of threads on here DC30 dier in the forum, however, everything seems not as the truth to be - Virtualdub is really just the software that I was not familiar - unfortunately.

HM, okay.
But I've actually managed to Vegas with. The capture was the most important. I can edit it now synonymous with premiere. Did not know that Vegas is still installed ...
