Frage von Meisterign:Is it possible pure progressive material with Final Cut to captuern that I am with my GS400 in the Pro Cinema mode 25p've filmed?
No matter what settings I with synonymous capture, in retrospect, the clips as interlaced (even lines) are listed.
Do I have any wrong settings or make the GS400 is not real but only manipulated 25p interlaced images?

Antwort von Axel:
Very true. DV Pal is always "i". In the
Studio (Preferences) you need about
DV PAL 48 kHz choose.
Since both fields are at the same time, it may be in
the timeline does not give Skip. Nevertheless, are you looking for in the sequence settings in vain for "DV Pal progressive." Never mind:
For HDV, there is a preset for DV you have the
DV or
DV Pal Pal anamorph duplicate and edit. I am not afraid, so you can at the moment is not the exact wording mentioned. It is something like:
Halbbildreihenfolge>
No and
no. This new preset you simply call DV Pal Progressive and save it. Now the material correctly and interpreted in different ways None of the other frames.
Antwort von Meisterign:
Exactly what I've done. A progressive preset for the Studio and a progressive preset for dieTimeline. The images are interlaced, but still gegecaptured and the import into the timeline will be synonymous a mistake, because the wrong sequence settings shown.
Antwort von PowerMac:
What mistakes?
Antwort von Axel:
Exactly what I've done. A progressive preset for the Studio and a progressive preset for dieTimeline. The images are interlaced, but still gegecaptured and the import into the timeline will be synonymous a mistake, because the wrong sequence settings shown. It is no wonder, since the recording requires regular Pal. It
is normal Pal, it is only interpreted differently, very similar to how synonymous the pixel aspect ratio with anamorphic footage is just a different set. Whether you need to re-record? No clue, maybe it is enough to acknowledge the error message, so you see yourself, if the result is okay. Wrong Halbbildreihenfolge you can see me through.
Antwort von Meisterign:
That means I capture my PAL (ie interlaced), although the lines at the same time (ie, progressive) and have been recorded using these clips in a timeline that requires full and ignoring the error is displayed because the sequence with those settings do not match the pictures ?
Previously I've worked with Sony Vegas. Since I had somehow everything simple, logical and fluid in front. Beginning of the presentation of real time effects, much better than slow functions to these trifles of capturing up to render. Still, I understand completely why nciht all of Final Cut so rave. I need for the same projects with Final Cut a lot longer than with Vegas and then the quality is not synonymous better.
Antwort von PowerMac:
(...) Ignore the error appears because the sequence with those settings do not match the pictures? What mistakes? Screenshot! Since there is no error message. Is there one that you make a fundamental error somewhere, not the program.
Antwort von Meisterign:
It is not a mistake but rather a warning. I got my movies in half captured, because I like it so differently described nciht right. Since my sequence settings but are progressive will stop this warning message when I interlaced my clips in the timeline it. I will be synonymous, I asked whether the sequence settings to adjust the clips want.
Sorry just did not screenshot, because I have no more material on the hard drive did. But I hope I know what I mean.
Antwort von Axel:
I will be synonymous, I asked whether the sequence settings to adjust the clips want. So "No", because otherwise you would have indeed again a line jump. This kind of message there is, as far as I know, only been open to the timeline, with different codecs in real time allows to mix, so you do not accidentally make a mistake. As I said, if the preview (canvas) no Interlaceartefakte shows everything is okay.

hey folks,
I would like here again with a purely informative question purely clinics:
now have a Canon HV20 - I can now with Final Cut Pro 4.5 or HDV capturing only with a later Final Cut Pro version?
Danke schon mal in advance for an answer ...
Antwort von PowerMac:
Final Cut Pro HD 4.5 can not HDV natively. This is only s.Version 5.0. And here is version 5.1.4 offers more in this update were many improvements to compatibility with one. The latest version 6, HDV can be precisely 6:05, so to speak perfectly. But note: Only s.Version 5.1.4 Intel Macs are supported.
