Hey Guys,
We are currently preparing a film premiere. We have turned our film in 25 frames per second, but the projector can only play 24 frames per second.
We have cut it in Premiere. First I converted the 25-fps movie with Quicktime in a 24 fps film. This Quicktime but every second Picture stolen ", the result: Every second, the jerky picture a time
Now I have a new project created with a 24-fps-track and the final film (25fps) drawn in Premiere. Then I interpreted the film material to 24 fps and output as 24fps. But now I have some strong movement in Schlieren Picture.
Is there really only these two options: s.Ruckeln b) motion streaks?
Or you can make an otherwise shared conversion?

Try to check with the Cine-compliant tools and time after 24th Here only the header is changed.
Make sure however that you really mean and not 24p 23.98 (23.976). Just because the time code.

Is there unfortunately only with Final Cut Pro.
If, however, synonymous with After Effects. The video runs but with 94% speed. But nothing very jerky.

if you wanted to make compliant DCP Project are synonymous, things like color space conversion in the xxYYc very important.
We're doing something like that and work synonymous with Adobe. AE and savings you export your movie in the 2k format as Tiff sequence from Premiere convertible and then by only the sound to 24 images.
Both of you can go on with one DCP tool again join and ready for her.

Hi Yaso,
in Sony Vegas I go as follows.
New 24fps Project Create -> 25fps video file into the video track -> right mouse button on the video file -> Properties -> Under Sampler rate to the value "0.960" position (corresponding to 24 B / s) -> render than 24fps File -> done!

Does this mean then that it is simply played as a 24 fps sequence (it is longer by then)? So, so that every 25th Picture always begins in the next second?

I did it myself with just a few frames from a DXP attempted Project, foundered precisely because only the clip has no sound ;-)
It is important to stop this you notice the pixel size and assign it to the proper format.
1:1,85 and BW is as if you have a 16:9 (1:1,78) Picture searched, then just work out with small black bars s.Rand ago.
Our Project has had the somewhat rare aspect ratio of 2:1, so that it will display properly but on the CS screen, we 2048x858 pixel count her out and just have the slight black bars s.der Page.
Pass this on hold or that you are calculating with 10bit DPX better than 8bit Tiff working.
The sound needs to be slowed down a bit and with 48Hz/24bit be exported (the percentage was just not in the head).
