Hello! Shall I with my Canon HV20, 50i or 25p record when the final version of the videos on the PC is shown? Often we read so that you especially for sport should take 50i footage ... But if I deinterlace my videos later must bring me the 50 movement phases yes or no? thank you very much

Up to here I would have said 25p, because the format is likely to be synonymous 25p and so s.wenigsten losses.

The 50 fields will be nothing if it is to 25 frames deinterlacet be. Then you could synonymous same film in 25p.
However, the motion in 50 frames and converted as a slow motion, then takes the recording in 50i an advantage over 25p.
