I think it almost has no preference as to what you take any. When Relfektor just on it this respect the special is not smooth rough or grooved. And then use as diffuse so as not the "ugly" cone of light seen.
What for is your budget?

I have 2 reflectors. A large and a small one.
My budget is between 150 ¬ -200 ¬.

As a basis, many 3x Ianrio / Opto Beam / Beam Cosmo 800 watts.
Such a case you get on ebay for around 300-400 ¬.
If you look at all the parts individually ersteigerst do you get with 200-250 ¬.
Otherwise, 650s of Fresnel Arri, Desisti, Sachtler, then next beach down very fashionable, as you can manage with these lamps, the light better. Depending on requirements, then come synonymous greater or smaller Fresnel or to be soft lights.
So for a start I would try it again with the said Redheads.
When you really want to try s.den lamps I could borrow what you and then you look for yourself what your requirement is right.

The basis for 200-250 ¬ sounds like schonmal on quite well. :)
The Fresnel I can always buy it.
