I want to edit on the eos 5d mark 2 filmed videos in adobe premiere cs4. Unfortunately, the thumbnails huge jerk and so can not work with.
I was recommended to the program NEOSCENE of Cineform, which makes the videos play smoothly and edit in premiere.
Now I have the test version and may not add because my mov files. Does anyone know the program or may otherwise give me a hint, how can I edit the video in premiere?

If that does not go with the direct transcoding video in Premiere and render the dry insert sequence as an AVI with Cineform codec.

I have just searched the net for the same neoscene codec but found nothing.
Where can I find this codec and how do I use it in Premiere?

If you have installed the codec CineForm Neoszene is already on your system.
You need only select him then still at issue.
