Frage von schrupp:Hello
I would like to have the material as 720p50 slomo / ie 50p finalcut in a sequence.
but my problem is that the material is played back at normal speed in Final Cut, so how 25p/25i material.
I import the "transfer log /" material on exactly how else are p2 cards material. finalcut it makes ProRes files with 50fps
one can give me a tip?
thank you

The browser you can go to the Info
column-rate video soon see which of your clips are 50p. In this you do a right click>
open in Cinema Tools. There you will see under the preview window the button
Conform. Here you select "25.0 FPS" and confirm. In your 25p timeline 50s now be played with 25p, but not only. They are now permanently flagged as 25p.
To clarify: Although FC recognizes so that the clips have 50 fps, it does it, leaving out every other frame from 25-in your timeline. You can in the "open timeline" throw everything, and it is always played with the sequence-rate and size.
A double slow motion is not very noticeable. For more Slow motion is better (variable speed with a rubber band - keyframes in the timeline - of Motion be adopted), since with
optical flow aka
Pixel Motion can work. For clean-power slow motion: no motion blur in the images and no camera movement.

thank you.
Which browser do you think? bin in Final Cut?
I have a clip now open times in cinema tools and converted to 25p.
now he shows me a synonymous slomo in a 25p timeline in Final Cut Pro.
However, the result does not look good, it shut tert without end.
but it must work somehow better.
I often edit material that with a Panasonic HPX171 has been rotated in 720p50 and the detects of Final Cut Pro itself as slomo. here see the movements of synonymous well.
I wonder
finalcutpro why not convincing of itself recognizes, as the 720p50 an HPX171?

1. "Shutters" had to be declared. In one way or another, but it is with the "Shutter" are related, ie one for the new speed not reasonable exposure time, resulting in too much or too little motion blur is expressed. Camera movements, especially fast, particularly those without wide angle, are generally not good for slow motion. If your view, none of this may apply, upload a sample clip somewhere but time high.
2. I have not the HPX, but it could be like the EX-3, that there is a proven slow motion button is included in the just higher frame rates, but these will be flagged as 25p? Stupid question
may indeed not be otherwise, because Final Cut Pro no other slow motion would make out of it. I have the 7D synonymous with making the possibility of 720p50 and have to watch it more than synonymous with the "real" EX-slow motion.
3. Yes, the browser is read off the window with the "ingredients" list, in the default configuration above left, and here you can synonymous if your HPX footage are 50 or 25.
4. General: The time changes in Final Cut Pro itself can be achieved only by omission image or image doubling. This is very simple. To warped values
must be a little bit jerky when it jerky on
even values (as with 25p from 50p), the fault lies somewhere else anyway.
Reports.
