My XH A1 yesterday had a defect s.FireWire output. A thin pencil was canceled. After the phone call with Canon service in Willich I brought the camera today at 9:00 clock out and they could be repaired, head drum drive and cleaned again after 2 hours with them.
price: 0 ¬! That's what I call a super service and say thank you.

One of my cameras synonymous is a defect, in the meantime, I have them sent directly to service. Previously, I wanted you in Berlin in video pixels repaired. What I was not so great: the cost estimates alone costs 70 ¬ + VAT.
