hello, I cut now for several years with Adobe Premiere CS5, but now something has happened to me very uncomfortable. My Mac has crashed, that is "frozen" as it is customary for Mac. I'm from the Mac / on, and premiere opened again, the Project is still there, but I would never have saved something. I, however, and since I have been over 10 hours working on it should anyway whatever it may be auto saved. Unfortunately, all sources, all sequences, etc. are gone, which means that my 10 hours of work were good for nothing?

Premiere sets of default, time to time, automatic backups (if not disabled). These files must be found and restored.
