I've heard that with Virtual dub can then do something but I do not know me at all with the Program from ........... Greetings The Little Prince

When exporting from AE is in the output module> Format Options> No compression. This makes the files so big. Choose an appropriate codec from here, then the rendered files (sometimes significantly) smaller.
