Jutes evening together,
I get a customer of the above footage, rotated on a SonyPDW XDCam-700 ...
Problem:
The front-and background in the picture is sharp s.sich only passing cars are extremely blurred ...(; shutter to 1 / 50, 4 Aperture, etc. ..)
What the problem may have been here, or can sharpen gibts in AE a trick with which one "fuzzy" footage somehow?
- Channel Blur ...
- Lens Blur ...
- Etc. ..
Gibts as what?

Sure there are tools like Twixtor & Co. Perhaps this and there's what can rausholen by selective Interpoaltion, but where nothing has come out nothing - if the motion blur is too strong, it gets imemr remain a bunch of pixels. Even for purely physical reasons, but this is all somehow logical. to prevent something like that, you ought already to work with high-speed cameras ...

The best time you load a short Besipile in here so we can make ourselves a Picture.
If you are with 1 / 50 have rotated you have quite a lot of motion blur, there can change the material no longer, as previous speakers have said, should come not from where the actual pixels? You can paint in After Effects:)
Best is new turn, annoyed but the best.

Karsten Wrong frame rate to the camera and / or incorrect conversion / inverse pulldown cadence at 60fps to 24fps of times I would type, depending on just what can s.der Camera for buttons to press wrong. Could also have been further exacerbated by unfavorable focus areas through the Lens Effect inappropriate. In any case, probably nothing, which can be corrected later ...
