Frage von clicki:Hello, I had the last two days trying to JVC on my system to run it. Unfortunately I landed again in the control panel with the yellow exclamation mark and the AV / C subunit. I am using Windows XP SP2 and had a lot of read on the web regarding msdv.inf rename it and make one update to Windows 98 and go back and Other None of the proposed solutions has brought something. I just came to us the easiest quickest solution to the problem.
Check out times the size of the msdv.inf. I had the whole time of a file size small 3 Kb But as I've read on the web, the file should be at least 50 n.groß be. So my system worked with an almost empty file, with virtually little installation routines for the various devices. I have a buddy of the msdv.inf beforehand and with scant 60kb simply the old file is overwritten.
Then simply connected the JVC compatriots and see what happens. He was the first subunit and then the same AVC Compliant DV camcorders, car drivers and installed well. In the Panel appeared to be synonymous to JVC, although not with their names, but since what was there.
With WinDV Cam I tested the same, everything works tatellos.
