AVCHD devices record files. These files are copied to the PC, then cut back and play. Alternatively, you can submit your movies on Blu-ray burn, or with the help of a media player (eg WDTV) of a hard drive or the like . reflect The playback on the camcorder only has control character - whether there be a delay occurs during scene changes or not is no preference.
