So far I've only worked with 5DMKII files and are now for the first time AVCHD files from derCanonAX to 10. They are native to the Mac not to read with the VLC but I can look at the. MTS. Alledings the stutter and are interlaced.

I just import everything to FCPX. This creates a file folder in the event, changed the name (after Date, OK), depends (id) a.and ends with. Mov. The files are now quite good to watch in QuickTime, with no interlacing.

The QuickTime info then tells me the following:

Format: 'avc1', 1920 1080, Millions
16-bit integer (Little Endian), Stereo (LR), 48,000 kHz
FPS: 25 <br

Ideally I would like to work with because the quality of possible hoechst AX 100 files synonymous with GoPro HDSLR and material are mixed.
Antwort von nordheide:
That depends where you made the import of the cross or with what material you cut actually.

At the very safest you find it: with the right mouse button go to the File and the file in the Finder you can view information on and there and then you see which file you're working with.

Import and work with the best quality with best quality: I had described above.

Why do not you read the first few pages of the manual or do a little beginner tutorial? The crosses are importing the very first basics.
